Richard Rand returned to Modesto in 1978 after completing a
B.S. degree in Environmental Science from California State University, Chico. He immediately began working in Real
Estate, specializing in commercial leasing, sales and 1031 exchanges. In the 29
years of Real Estate he has been involved in acquisition, development and
leasing of major industrial/retail centers in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. He
has played a major role in the revitalization of the Downtown Modesto area. In
Richard's down time he enjoys golfing, fly fishing and of course cooking
with his wife, Gina.

Jason
Winter joined Rand
Commercial Properties in July of 2007. Prior to joining Rand Commercial
Properties, Jason
worked with Marcus
& Millichap in
Roseville assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of investment
real estate. Jason
is a graduate of Brigham Young University, earning a bachelor’s degree in
Spanish and Philosophy
Stan
Azevedo started his real estate career in 2007 marketing investment properties
on an International level and later joined Rand Commercial Properties
in June of 2008. Stan has been a business owner and sales representative in the
Modesto area since 1976. Stan is a graduate of California Polytechnic State
University, San Luis Obispo. Stan’s wife Susan teaches for Modesto City
Schools. They have two sons; John, who is attending Modesto Junior
College and Doug, who is a senior at Beyer High School. Stan’s favorite hobby
outside of real estate is golf.
